Terms of service

The agreement

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

Your account

You are responsible for the users you create, the roles you grant them, and the credentials they hold. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Trials and billing

Trials run for thirty days at the Trial-tier limits with no card required. Paid plans are billed per tenant on the cycle shown at signup. You may cancel before the next billing date; we do not refund part-used periods.

Your data

Your operational data stays yours. We store and process it to run the service, as described in our privacy policy. You may export it at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, or to attempt to reach another tenant's records.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and the rep app functioning offline, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability except where a signed service-level agreement says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects you, we will give notice before it takes effect.
