What we collect

We collect the account details you give us — name, work email, company, and phone number — along with the operational data your team enters into the platform: products, shops, routes, orders, invoices, payments, and returns.

Location data

The rep mobile app records location while a rep has an open duty session, and stops when that session is closed. Location is used to show the live map, build route history, and calculate distance covered. It is visible only to users inside your own tenant.

Tenant isolation

Every distributor runs in an isolated tenant. No shop, order, report, or location record is readable across tenants. Our staff access production data only where required to support you, and that access is logged.

How we use it

We use your data to run the service, support you, and improve the product. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Retention

Operational records are retained for as long as your account is active. On cancellation you may request an export, after which we delete tenant data on a defined schedule.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond.
